Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
There are a few things we keep in mind before giving you a cost on the work being performed which includes the following; health, position of tree, equipment needed, limbs being chipped, wood removed hauled away and stump being removed are all common factors on how we come up with a formula; keep in mind I have come across other "tree services" in town, that don't keep any of these factors in count and aren't able to finish the work, which results in bad business for the consumer. We are solely based on our reputation of providing five star service and nothing less.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Quote>arranging a start date>completing work>walking customer around after job to make sure he/she is satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Seven years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started in the tree business while I was in high-school working for a family tree service, I loved the physical work because I played football and was able to stay in shape, with that being said I saved money up to buy my first truck and the rest is history, I'm always excited every job we get, because I love to see my customers happy.
